At Menu Skateboard Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your deck, trucks, or apparel aren't a perfect fit, you can return unused items within 30 days of purchase.
Verify Condition
Ensure all items are in their original, un-skated condition with tags attached and shrink-wrap intact on decks.
Initiate Request
Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Secure Packaging
Pack your items securely in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the nearest carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
